Airfryer Lasagne🍅 • 250g Rinderhackfleisch • 300ml passierte Tomaten • 1 Zwiebel • 1 Knoblauch • 6 Lasagneplatten • 200g Beschamel • 150g Streukäse •1 Karotte •200ml Gemüsebrühe • 1 Mozarella 1. Zwiebeln klein schneiden und andünsten. 2. Hackfleisch , Karotten und Knoblauch mit anbraten. 3. Passierte Tomaten und Gemüsebrühe hinzugeben. Mit Salz, Pfeffer und Kräuter abschmecken und köcheln lassen. 4. Im Airfryer die Lasagne schichten , Mozzarella verteilen und mit Beschamel Leicht bedecken. 5. Den Streukäse darauf verteilen und im Airfryer bei 200 grad 30-40 Minuten backen. The BEST LASAGNA Recipe ⬇️ 16 oz box Lasagna Pasta, cooked 1 1/2 cups Mozzarella cheese shredded 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded Fresh parsley for garnish 2 tsp cooking oil Nonstick Spray Meat Sauce: 1 lbs lean ground mean, 1 lbs mild Italian sausage,1 medium onion, 6 garlic cloves, 28oz crushed tomatoes, 2- 15oz tomato sauce, 1 tsp dried basil, 1 tsp dried oregano, 2 tsp Italian seasoning, 1 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper Ricotta filling: 32oz Ricotta cheese, 2 large eggs, 2 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, 1/4 cup fresh chopped parsley, 1 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper >Step 1: Cook beef, Italian sausage, chopped onion, minced garlic & 1-2 tsp oil on medium heat for 10 mins. >Step 2: Add crushed tomatoes, tomato sauce, dried basil, dried oregano, Italian seasoning, 1 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper. Cook 10 mins. >Step 3: Make ricotta filling. Into a mixing bowl add all ingredients under “ricotta filling”. Mix well together. >Step 4: Boil lasagna pasta per package instructions. Drain water and rinse under cold water. Drain and set aside. >Step5: Spray inside of deep 9x13 baking dish with nonstick spray. Spread 1 1/2 cups meat sauce to bottom of dish, cover with 4 cooked lasagna sheets, slightly overlapping each other. Spread 2 cups meat sauce on pasta then spread 1/3 portion of ricotta mixture on top. Add another layer of 4 lasagna sheets, and repeat process (meat sauce, ricotta mixture, pasta, meat sauce, ricotta, pasta). >Step 6: Finally spread the left over meat sauce, sprinkle with 1 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese and 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese. >Step 7: Spray the inside of foil with nonstick spray and cover lasagna. Bake at 375° F for 45 minutes. Remove foil. Bake another 15-20 minutes. Then broil on high for 3-5 mins or until golden brown on top. >Step 8: Cool for 15 minutes before cutting into it. AIR FRYER LASAGNE 😍 If you fancy a quick and hassle free lasagne you NEED to make this air-fryer version. The key is using fresh pasta sheets. They cook so much quicker than dried meaning your tasty lasagne is ready in under 25 mins, with only two pots to wash! Ingredients: For the Meat Sauce: 1 lb ground beef 1 lb Italian sausage 1 medium onion, diced 3 garlic cloves, minced 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes 1 tsp Italian seasoning Salt and pepper to taste For the Creamy Cheese Layer: 2 cups ricotta cheese or cottage cheese 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened 1/2 cup sour cream 1 large egg 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided For the Pasta Layer: 12 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained (or no-boil noodles) Directions: Prepare the Meat Sauce: In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and Italian sausage over medium heat until browned. Add the diced onion and garlic; sauté until softened. Stir in the marinara sauce, diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, and season with salt and pepper. Simmer the sauce on low heat for 10-15 minutes. Ramadan Series: Lasagna - - Ingredients: Lasagna meat: 1 pound of ground beef Diced onions Diced bell pepper Onion powder Garlic powder Smoked Paprika Chili powder Cumin Italian seasoning Salt Pepper 2 tbsp tomato paste 1 can of diced tomatoes 1 jar of marinara sauce Ricotta mixture: 1 Ricotta Cheese 2 eggs Chopped parsley 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Salt Pepper Italian seasoning 1 box oven ready pasta sheets Shredded mozzarella Directions: -Preheat oven to 375. -In a heated oiled skillet add diced onions, diced bell peppers and cook until transparent. -Add your ground beef and seasonings and cook. -Add your jar of marinara sauce, 1 can of diced tomatoes, and tomato paste. -Mix well and add the same seasonings you added to your meat in the sauce. -Let it simmer on medium heat for about 10 mins. -Add about 2 tbsp of sugar to even out the acidity. -Mix together your ingredients for the ricotta mixture. -Start by layering your lasagna. -Spread out a small scoop of your meat in the pan, then your pasta noodles, your ricotta, your sauce, and then sprinkle your shredded mozzarella. -Repeat this process until you’ve used up all of your ricotta. -Sprinkle cheese on top and cover with foil. -Bake in the oven covered for 30 min, uncovered for 15 mins and on broil for 3-4 mins until the top is crispy brown. -Serve and enjoy! #lasagna #lasagnarecipe #pasta #ramadanrecipes #iftarrecipe #ramadanseries #foodtiktok #cooking #fyp #FoodTok #food #fypシ
