RECIPE BELOW 🍫🫦 Serves 2! - 1 cup oats (quick oats or old fashioned oats, doesn’t matter) - 3tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder + more to top - 1.5 tbsp chia seeds - 3 tbsp espresso or brewed coffee (equiv. 2 espresso shots), cooled - 1.25 cups unsweetened almond milk - 2.5 tbsp pure maple syrup or honey (0.5 tbsp is for yogurt) - 1.25 teaspoon vanilla extract (0.25 tsp is for yogurt) - 1.5 cup greek yogurt (or yogurt of choice but i ❤️ greek yogurt cause portein!) Mix your dry ingredients together then add espresso, almond milk, 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey, & 1 tsp vanilla extract. Mix well then store in the fridge for 4-8hrs/overnight. One ready, prepare your greek yogurt with the remainder vanilla extract & maple syrups or honey. Feel free to add more if you prefer it sweeter! Add 1/2 the overnight oats in a bowl & 3/4 cups of greek yogurt, then sift cocoa powder on top. This recipe is for 2 servings, so you can enjoy it again the next day!
