They're high-protein, creamy, sweet and taste just like Snickers for breakfast. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Whether you blend them into a smooth and creamy texture or mix them up classic overnight oats-style, you can’t go wrong. Here's what's in them: ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Rolled Oats – Old-fashioned oats create a creamy texture when blended. If you skip blending, quick oats can work great too in a bind! Almond Milk – Any milk works — oat, dairy, or even cashew. Greek Yogurt – Cottage cheese is a great swap if you want extra protein! Just make sure it gets blended at some point, either with all of the other ingredients or on it's own. Maple Syrup – Honey is a great option as well to naturally sweeten this recipe. Chocolate Protein Powder – I usually go for a clean plant-based one, but whey works too. Creamy Peanut Butter - It is important to use creamy to keep the right texture. Chopped Dates - Optional, but add that delicious Carmel flavor! You can leave them chopped and mixed in, or blend them for a vegan caramel drizzle. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Snickers Topping: Dark Chocolate Chips – Melts into a glossy, crackly shell. Strawberries & cream overnight oats 🍓 Ingredients: 1 cup frozen strawberries 1 ¼ cup oat milk ¾ cup rolled oats 1 tablespoon chia seeds ¼ cup vanilla yogurt Parfaits: 1 cup strawberry overnight oats ¼ cup vanilla yogurt ¼ cup fresh strawberries Instructions: 1. Blend the frozen strawberries and oat milk for 5-10 seconds. 2. Combine all ingredients in a jar or container and mix well. 3. Wait about 3 minutes then mix again to avoid the chia seeds clumping. 4.
