Meatloaf Recipe Ingredients - 2 pounds of ground beef - 1 green bell pepper, chopped - 1 red bell pepper, chopped - 1 onion, chopped - 1 cup of milk-soaked bread crumbs - 2 eggs - 1/2 cup of ketchup - 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce - 1/4 cup of BBQ sauce - Salt and pepper to taste BBQ Glaze Ingredients: - 2 tablespoons of butter - 1/2 cup of ketchup - 1/4 cup of BBQ sauce - 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce - 1 teaspoon of garlic powder - 1 teaspoon of onion powder - 1-2 cloves of minced garlic or 1 teaspoon of garlic paste - Salt and pepper to taste Directions for the Glaze: 1. Melt the Butter: In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. 2. Combine Ingredients: Once the butter is melted, stir in the ketchup, BBQ sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, minced garlic or garlic paste, salt, and pepper. Mix well until combined. 3. Apply the Glaze: About 15 minutes before your meatloaf is done baking, take it out of the oven and spread this glaze evenly over the top. 4. Finish Baking: Return the meatloaf to the oven and bake for the remaining time, allowing the glaze to thicken and caramelize. Directions 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). 2. In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, chopped green and red bell peppers, chopped onion, milk-soaked bread crumbs, and eggs. Season with salt and pepper. 3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish. 4. In a small bowl, mix together the ketchup and BBQ sauce. Spread this mixture evenly over the top of the meatloaf. 5. Recipe; Ingredients 2 lbs Ground beef 1 tablespoon Ontario butter 1 large white Onion diced 3 cloves Garlic minced 1 cup Ontario Milk 1 cup Breadcrumbs 1 tablespoon All-purpose seasoning 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce ¼ cup Ketchup 2 teaspoons Chili flakes 2 eggs 1 tablespoon Salt 2 teaspoons black Pepper Glaze ½ cup Brown sugar ¾ cup Ketchup 1 tablespoon Onion powder 1 tablespoon Garlic powder ¼ cup White vinegar Using a whisk mix all ingredients together until fully combined and smooth. Method; In a medium sized sauté pan add one tablespoon of butter and sweat your onions and garlic until fully cooked. Approximately 3 minutes. Set aside and allow to cool to room temperature. In a small bowl combine breadcrumbs and milk and mix together. In a large bowl add your ground beef, eggs, breadcrumb milk mixture, cooked garlic and onions as well as all other ingredients listed. Mix well until fully combined. In a 8x4 loaf pan, add your meat evenly and make sure it’s packed down. Place loaf pan on a oven tray and bake the meatloaf on the middle rack in a preheated oven of 350f for 45 minutes Once initial bake is done, pour glaze over meatloaf and continue to cook for another 15-20 minutes.
