HOMEMADE FROZEN PIZZAS Dough (1 thick crust or 2 thin crust) 3c flour 1/3c olive oil 1 tbsp honey 1 tsp salt 1 packet yeast 1c warm water Combine first 5 ingredients in mixer. Turn on low and slowly add water until all ingredients are combined. If the dough is too sticky add up to 1/2c more flour a little at a time. Mix for about 8 minutes on low. Let the dough rise until it doubles in size. About 1-2 hours. Preheat oven to 425. Shape dough into a circle and place on a pan or cake round. Bake thick crust 10-12 minutes or thin crust 8-10 minutes. (About halfway baked) Remove and allow to cool for 15-30 minutes. Pizza Pizza sauce Shredded cheese Additional toppings Add pizza sauce, cheese, and other toppings to crust. Flash freeze for 30 minutes. Wrap in plastic wrap and place back in freezer. Watch it closely so it doesn’t burn! 🍕A few notes on the timeline… Yes, this pizza dough takes time. Yes, it’s worth it. There are plenty of pizza doughs out there that are done within two hours but you will be able to taste the difference. 🍕If you’d like to condense this process into one day, here is how: First the morning, mix the yeast mixture with warm (40C/105F) water.
