The vibe is chaotic. 💫 ✨ Copycat Oreo Crumbl Cookies ✨ 🍪 Ingredients for the Oreo Cookie Base: 1 1/2 cups salted butter 3/4 cup granulated sugar 1 1/2 cups brown sugar 2 eggs 1 tbsp vanilla 3 cups all-purpose flour 1 cup black cocoa powder 2 1/2 cups crushed Oreos (about 40) 2 tsp baking soda 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips 🧑‍🍳 Instructions: Preheat oven to 350°. Cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix until light and creamy. Add dry ingredients: flour, black cocoa, crushed Oreos, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and chocolate chips. Mix well until combined. Portion dough into 1/2 cup balls. Flatten into “hockey puck” shapes on cookie sheet. Bake 12-15 minutes until glossy tops are gone. Cool on pan for 20 minutes. 🍫 Frosting: 8 oz cream cheese (room temp) 1/2 cup unsalted butter (room temp) 1 cup chopped white chocolate 2 cups powdered sugar 2 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 tsp salt Melt white chocolate over double boiler, let cool to room temp. Beat cream cheese & butter until smooth. Add white chocolate & powdered sugar, whip until fluffy. Add vanilla extract & pinch of salt. If needed, add more powdered sugar. Pipe frosting onto cooled cookies. Garnish with extra crushed Oreos.
