Sourdough Bread Bunny 🐇 This looks so cute on the breakfast table for Easter. The only problem is that it's so adorable that cutting into it feels completely wrong! 🐰 I used the Artisan White Bread recipe from my ebook Mastering the Art of Gluten-Free Sourdough Baking. 🐰 Make the dough according to the recipe. 🐰 For the tail, take 15 g of dough and shape it into a ball. For the front paws, shape two 20 g pieces of dough into balls. Place the dough balls on a small plate, cover, and let them proof. 🐰 Shape the remaining dough into an oval and proof it in a banneton. 🐰 Once the dough has finished proofing, assemble the bread bunny as shown in the video. 🐰 Bake at the same temperature and for the same amount of time as specified in the recipe. The ears and tail will brown more quickly than the rest, so cover them with small pieces of aluminum foil to prevent burning. #bunnybread #sourdough #glutenfree #breadart

Welcome to the ‘Forgotten Recipes’ series where I bring traditional dishes back to life with a modern twist. Today, we’re making the best Vegan Sourdough Naan, a soft and chewy flatbread rooted in ancient methods of fermentation!💚 RECIPE Ingredients: 250g flour 110g water 40g sourdough starter 6g sea salt 80g vegan yoghurt coconutcollab A splash of olive oil Vegan butter Instructions: 1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until well combined. 2. Let the dough rest for 1 hour, then perform a quick stretch and coil fold. 3. Place the dough back in the bowl, cover, and let it rest for 1-3 hours. 4. Divide the dough into balls, then transfer to the fridge to ferment overnight. 5. The next day, take the dough out 4 hours before baking to bring it to room temperature. 6. Stretch and bake the naans on a hot skillet or in a @gozney oven. Brush them with Vegan melted butter with parsley and you can also add garlic. Super easy to make, and the naan was extremely soft and delicious melting in your mouth… Epic! #vegannaan #naan #pizza
